As a business owner, my time is very limited and I am always on the phone with my customers. Alan's Automotive takes customer service to another level. I can monitor my vehicles maintenance and if I need a appointment I can schedule 24/7. I was impressed by Alan's knowledge, the questions he asked me. I had both a High Pressure Oil leak from multiple system locations, and a possible FICM defect in the symptoms mix. The fix was quick and I thought the price quite reasonable for the work. And, my Van?... It's probably running better than it did brand new. Alan's Automotive is a excellent choice for diesel repair. A family environment, no hassels, straight up honest work. I made the mistake of taking my F-350 to a dealership for repair, after performing work that they could not prove needed to be done, my truck would not start. I quickly got my truck to Alan's for repair, within hours I received a call explaining the defective work performed earlier had caused more damage. My truck was ready to go the next day.  Anonymous
